While the regular PGDM class profile primarily comprises students with limited or no prior work experience (typically 0–3 years), PGDM ExP participants have an average work experience of around 5–6 years. This diverse pool of professional experiences enriches classroom discussions, particularly during case studies, business simulations, and problem-solving exercises, while also fostering deeper peer learning and knowledge sharing.
