Dr. Vinita Sahay is a PhD in the area of Customer Value and an MBA in Marketing. She secured first class first with Gold Medal in M.A. in Economics. She has about 16 years of experience in teaching and training with organizations like ICFAI Business School Gurgaon, Amity Business School. In her previous assignment she had been Chairperson, Post-Graduate Programme in Management. She was also founder Editor of Synergy: Journal of IT and Management.

Her teaching, research and training interests include Marketing of Services, Retailing Management, Customer Value, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, CRM and Consumer Behaviour. She has conducted many management development programmes for senior and middle level executives and organised Workshops in the areas of Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value and Consumer Behaviour, and Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction.

Prof. Sahay has published and presented many research papers in International and National journals and conferences. As token of excellence of her work she has received many academic awards including best paper award. She is currently Chairperson – PGDM (F/T), PGDM – IB.
