Dr Shalini Kalia has Masters and Doctorate degree in English. With more than 9 years of teaching experience, she has been associated with BIMTECH, ICFAI Business School, Noida and Graphic Era Institute of Technology, Dehradun. She is trained to administer Thomas Personal Profile Analysis and its related instruments. She has also been associated with British Council, New Delhi as BEC Examiner for speaking tests.

She has published many papers and articles in various journals and newspapers, and has attended several seminar and conferences. Her major areas of interest are Soft Skills, Business Communication and Personality Development.
