Dr. Roma Mitra Debnath received her Ph. D. from B.I.T. Mesra in Management Sciences. She has done her M.A (statistics) and M.Phil (statistics) from Delhi University. She specialized in “Taguchi’s Robust Parameter Design” in the area of Design of Experiments. She has around 10 years of experience in the academics. She has taught in Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi University), FORE School of Management and IILM-GSM.

Dr. Roma’s research interests are multidisciplinary in nature. She has worked on various service sectors viz. banking, telecom, education etc. Her major area of interests are Six sigma deployment in service sector, Total Quality Management, Productivity and efficiency of service organizations, using six sigma for enhancement of customers’ satisfaction, Optimization using DEA and Taguchi’s Robust parameter Design, Modeling the service parameters by Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Graph theory etc. She has also conducted AICTE funded FDP in the area of “Business Data Analytics and Research – using SPSS and E-Views”. She has also conducted MDP training programme for HCL employees.
