Dr. Rashmi Kumar Aggarwal is Ph.D., LLM (International Laws), from Panjab University, Chandigarh. An ardent researcher, Rashmi has published many articles, case studies and book reviews at national and international journals. She has presented research papers in International conferences both in India and abroad. She has been a practicing Advocate in The Panjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India for three years. Prior to IMT, Ghaziabad she has been associated with Institute of Management and Research, Ghaziabad and Amity Business School, Noida in the area of Legal Business Studies, Labour Laws, Industrial relations, WTO and its impact on the Indian Legislations, Intellectual Property Rights, Compensation Management and Retention. Dr. Aggarwal has conducted open house MDPs in Intellectual Property Rights, Mergers and Acquisitions and Compensation Management Strategies and labour legislations in India with overwhelming response from the corporate.
