Dr. R.K. Agrawal has a Ph.D. in Behavioural Sciences from IIT Roorkee and a B.Tech. degree from IIT Bombay. He is also a postgraduate in Behavioural & Social Sciences from IIT Delhi. He has six research publications to his credit in national and international journals. He has also presented papers at national and international conferences, the most recent one being the Academy of Management Meeting at Atlanta, USA.
He has taught courses in Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, Values & Ethics, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Group Dynamics and Research Methodology. He has also conducted management development programmes for industry.
His current areas of academic interest include Human Values; Spirituality in Organizations; Ethical Leadership; and Stress in Individuals & Organizations. He is a member of the Organizational Behaviour & Research Methods divisions, and Management, Spirituality and Religion interest group of the Academy of Management (USA).
