Aligarh Muslim University. Lubna has eight years of work experience which is a blend of corporate and academics and specializes in the areas of Brand Management, Advertising and Consumer Behaviour.
Lubna Nafees has published several research papers, articles and case studies in various national and international journals. She has presented twenty papers in various national and international conferences. She has co-authored a book on Family Managed, Multinational and Public Sector Enterprises: The strategic choices for global competitiveness. She is currently working on a book on Consumer Behaviour.
At IMT, Lubna is dealing with International and Strategic Brand Management, Advertising and Sales Promotions, Consumer Behaviour and Retail Marketing. Her research interests include consumer and managerial decision making, buyer behaviour, consumer perception and evaluation of brands, marketing management and innovations in marketing.
Lubna is an ex-member of the governing council of All India Management Association (AIMA) and regularly conducts corporate trainings on Challenges of Global branding, Marketing of Services, Consumer Profiling and Relationship Marketing. She is also a consultant for a few Delhi based advertising and branding firms and has worked on projects of new brand introductions into the Indian market and had earlier completed projects sponsored by the ministry of human resource development and the European Union.
