Dr. Bindu Gupta is Ph.D. in Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behavior from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. She has experience of nearly fifteen years in the areas of teaching and research. She teaches Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, Business Ethics, Performance Management and Training and Development. Her current areas of research interest are Leadership, Social Influence and Power, Emotional Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Creativity and innovation, and Organizational Culture. She has authored various papers that appeared in reputed national and international journals. She also has been the editors of three books.

Dr. Bindu has organized one day HR conclave “Role of HR in creating high performance organization” and International conference on Managing Creativity and Innovation at IMT Ghaziabad. She has presented papers in national and international conferences. She has been actively involved in training and consultancy. She has been avid user of different psychometric tools, exercises and management games during the training of working professionals. She is a qualified trainer of MBTI from Association of Personality Type¸ USA. She also has membership of professional bodies such as India Science Congress Association, Praachi Psycho-cultural Research Association, Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, Southern-Management Association, and All India Management Association.
