NEW DELHI, July 26, 2012 – Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global

of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Institute of Management Technology
(IMT), Ghaziabad, one of India’s leading management schools to develop and implement
analytics elective for the two year Post graduate diploma in Management program.
The term of the MoU is five years and students of the program will be eligible for
employment in Genpact’s analytics practice upon completion of the course.
This course will give students both theoretical and practical work experience in
analytics as applied in different industries. While the detailed courseware will
be developed by IMT, G; Genpact will add industry perspective in the course conceptualization,
skills development and the training of faculty. Genpact will also provide the necessary
support through guest lectures and arranging mid-term and extended internship projects
for the students of IMT-G to gain experience on real-time data, projects and research
papers at Genpact. Genpact has a long history of developing similar programs with
universities across India to create talent in-tune with the needs of a constantly
evolving market.
